Do I need to purchase the rider equipment set?

It is a requirement for all new riders to purchase the equipment set to start delivering food with foodpanda.

How does the buying process work?

1. Select the items you want and add them to your cart 

  • Equipment sets (for newbies!)
  • Other promotions sets (for everyone!)
2. Check your cart, make sure everything is correct and proceed to check out

3. Proceed to Payment
* QR code for payment will be provided upon order completion

4. Complete order

Can I return the equipment set for a refund?

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Can I exchange the equipment after purchasing?

Due to hygiene reasons, exchanges is not allowed.

How long is the delivery?

1 - 7 working days
